Some of us were smart enough NOT to use aluminum cookware when it was the KAK 'rage' ...
Many were not and died horrible deaths.
Some of us are smart enough to KNOW that if aluminum cookware is bad news ...
Using ANY aluminum ... as an anti-acid (Maalox = Aluminum Hydroxide/Magnesium Hydroxide) and deodorants containing aluminum is equally as asinine! The fact aluminum takes a while to kill when taken in small doses does not change the point it is a deadly poison internally.
I have a dead sister and FOUR dead cousins all of whom with their stupid grins intact ignored my advice until they woke up on the impending and irreversible death list. A bit too damned late, wouldn't you think?
Aluminum is a valuable metal, light, strong, low electrical resistance, inexpensive (today), et cetera; but it's NOT a consumable nor a rub-onable without dire consequences. When it was a rare and very expensive metal, it was used to make the cap on the Washington Monument! A very fitting application.
As a normal male, I'd much rather smell the natural sweat of a living female than the stench of a rotting and dying one. Perhaps I'm just old fashioned ... at least the "old" part is correct ....
