I am currently in the process of filing my papers now! Becoming a SPC is more of a change of mind rather than a change of status. I attached a few books. If this is something you are serious about I recommend reading them both. They have all the necessary instructions within them. I also recommend going to youtube and watching the channel "servant King" he has two series one called "confusion" parts 1-9 and the second being "unraveled" parts 1-14.
