This is the deal in a nutshell, I bought 10 acres of land in Colorado and am looking for people who want to farm this land as a sharecropper. You need a permit from Dept of CO and you need your seed. You need to put down $100.00 reservation to save your acer to me via paypal and you pay DOA for your permit. I am only allowing people to grow Commercial. New update THC in your seed needs to be under .3% for Commercial Hemp.Make sure you know this is hemp only , if marijuana get's into it it will cross pollinate and ruin your crop. This is for someone who plants their crop and when the crop is harvested I would get 25% of the income from your crop and you would keep 75% of the income on your crop as payment as a lease of renting the land. By the way we are Growing HEMP only and they will come and test for the THC in your buds...ranges have to be .3 or under to be a good crop, anything over .3% the crop has to be burned. Their rules not mine.
Now in less you on renting a place in town in Costilla County Colorado - Town Of San Luis I suggest you bring a tent and a sleeping bag and your bug out gear as this is land only. Your family and friends are welcome to help you plant and harvest your crop. Get your seeds also from a good source THC has to be under .3% for Commercial crop and they is the only crop you get payed for this is land only so there is no lab or anything do do medical.
