Nope.... Just regular old Condensation from the jet blast....Sorry.....
Do "they" spray chemicles on us??? Hell yeah!!! but not from 40,000 feet...."They" use much smaller planes at much much lower altitudes so they can better control where the spray goes...At airline altitudes the spray could drift one way then a different way at a lower alt. due to constantly changing wind currents.....
Small jets could be used but "they" favor the turbo prop King Air because they can fly much lower and nobody thinks twice about seeing them...And "they" can use regular hangars at just about any airport in the U.S. without calling any attention to themselves.....
Oh yeah...Those lines in the sky..... Condensation from the HOT jet blast that pushes the jet forward.... And if you are near any one of the heavily used flight paths of the jets you will see more contrails...Even contrails cris crossing if you are in between major airline hubs......
