This was taken in Port Townsend, WA over P.T.Bay. There were several and they were published in our weekly paper under 'reader submitted'. They are pretty, but I heard they sometimes appear just before an earthquake. Like a HAARP induced one.And I've heard it's also a natural phenomenon. Any feedback?

nice gift, beyond words, the atmosphere where water and photons play, is the very 'sphere of atmo'; of souls and 'angels'. In the chromatic spectrum, all colors come from the primary three. in this display, the different colors come from differing angles of sunray to raindrop, causing refractions of differing wavelengths, within whole sheets of commonly aligned, water-dropplets! eye-nutrient. nameste!
