" Without Prejudice" (FICTION STORY) The residents and tourist on the Gold and Sunshine Coast in Queensland and New South Wales border have had enough of these outlaw motorcycle gangs causing a public nuisance byway of deadly weapons and gang related fights, making a ruckus on our streets of Surfers Paradise, and in pubs and clubs etc. The public demand action now too reduce crime taking place on a regular basis. Outlaw means a fugitive from the law, a person deprived of the protection of the law, make illegal. The tax department is now assessing the valuation on all assets held illegally in order to seize e.g., take possession of (contraband goods, documents, etc.) by warrant or legal right, confiscate, impound fortress of all alleged ill-gotten gains of these motorcycle bang members.

The Queensland government is now enacting tougher legislation on violent gang members and to reduce the number of motorcycle gang members to no more than ten persons within a group that will no-longer be allowed to congregate in one mass without a legal permit to do so. All outlaw motorcycle gangs could soon have their motorbike licence revoked (rescind), and replaced with a downgraded 250 cc engine capacity with a top speed of no more than 120 km/h. Also a noise abatement policy will come into effect clamping down on loud engines.
