Nevertheless, the US government is doing its best to press these people into the megacities - leaving behind ghost towns. Pres Obama has just founded a Presidential Rural Council to dismantle the uS countryside. All to establish Agenda 21´s “sustainable” Communist society.

One US BioEco Working Group includes the Vice-President, Cabinet Secretaries, heads of Agencies and some White House officials. Participating agencies in the BioEco Working Group are the Depts. of Agriculture, Defense, Energy, State, EPA, NASA, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Dept. of the Interior), U.S. Geological Survey (Dept. of the Interior), Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration, National Science Foundation, and the Smithsonian Institution. In the Appendix of the Charter is stated i.a.: To provide a focal point for coordinating U.S. biodiversity and ecosystem informatics activities with international efforts and organizations in this and related areas (such as the Global Biodiversity Information Facility – which adds: and with the the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity and other appropriate bodies and initiatives)”. However, the U.S. Senate didn’t ratify the treaty for the Convention on Biological Diversity. Here is a concrete sign of dictatorial NWO procedures. But why so many organisations and the Defence Dpt. to take care of the US rural districts?

Canada Free Press 25 july 2011: In Florida, the government has acquired 28% of the land (9.9 million acres), so the UN’s work is already better than 50% done in Florida.

These regulations are typically delivered to a community through a comprehensive land-use plan.
