The shocking image in social networks led the institution to investigate the case of animal abuse. Anyway clarified that the photograph had been published on the web when not entered yet responsible to police.

Images are reprehensible: A manhanging on the wall to a boxer dog and then this same dog buried alive in the sand on a beach , with only his head free.

The protagonist of this animal abuse is aspiring policeman Patrick Millar, who is the administrative proceedings opened to clarify the facts, according to the institution.
