Going off Grid to plant Hemp in CO Looking for serious share choppers... who want to work the land as a share cropper. I just bought 10 acres of land in Colorado to have like minded people come and share crop there. You plant, you grow, you harvest your crop of hemp. Yes I have a set of these here at home, so now you know what you have to do and go through. 

What is a share cropper? This is someone who plants their crop and when the crop is harvested I would get 25% of the income from your crop and you would keep 75% of the income on your crop as payment as a lease of renting the land. You need a Commercial permit from the Department of Agriculture costing you $200.00 plus I think $1.00 to $5.00 per acer that you plant. This is for people that want to work hard and have some fun too! I will be charging fee of $100.00 up front for ever acer you want to plant to ensure you your acreage is allotted for you. You can paypal that to me when you are ready to commit to this however it has to be done before April 15, 2014. Deadline to get your permit is May 1st this year you pay the Department of Agriculture in Colorado the fee for the permit not me for that. The land I bought is in Costilla if that helps direct you to get your permit in that county... Remember you need a Commercial permit to sell your harvest. They have reach and development permits how ever you Can Not Sell your harvest with that permit... Oh you also need to buy your hemp seeds and have the name of seed on your permit if I did not say that above. There is a lot to tell people who are serious about this adventure. By the way we are Growing HEMP only and they will come and test for the THC in your buds...ranges have to be .3 or under to be a good crop, anything over .3% the crop has to be burned. Their rules not mine. 

Now in less you on renting a place in town in Costilla County Colorado - Town Of San Luis I suggest you bring a tent and a sleeping bag and your bug out gear as this is land only. Your family and friends are welcome to help you plant and harvest your crop. We can build an building to dry the hemp if we need to we can make clay huts if needed to be if anyone gets active! 

This is easy and cheep to make or there are other kinds of housing to make if we get creative like a earthship home to live or dry crop in with tires and dirt. 

This will be a busy and fun summer for everyone! Remember we will be off grid so we can build this also!
