Dr. Carpenter and Randy Simmons on TRUTH TALK NEWS with Howard Nema, July 26, 2012; discussing the 28 page affadavit that was conveniently provided to the mainstream media shills, but not to them; an affadavit requesting the judge to issue a search and seizure warrant upon Dr. Carpenter's Lase Med Inc. office.
The document is filled with lies and misrepresentation, such as the lie that Dr. Carpenter was manufacturing DRUGS at her facility (consumer grade saline solution mixed with consumer grade food coloring), and the lie that she was formulating this DRUG to be HELD FOR RESALE (interstate commerce) to her clients. Also included are allegations that she was SELLING adulterated medical devices in an interstate commerce wirefraud scam operation. Dr. Carpenter sets the record straight here; you will not be likely to get the truth on the mainstream reports of this raid.
