Around NINE MONTHS AGO my wife was minding her own business jogging with the dog, as always. As she described it a very large, loud person began shouting at her to stop. Maybe she recognized he was in a police car maybe not I don't know but as a small women she was scared and continued running home and locked the door behind her. She said he never identified himself as police, never said she was under arrest or anything of the like just kept screaming at her to stop and nearly hit the dog too.

Of course we have all recently seen the video of the two women given cavity searches at the side of the road, I don't blame any women who does not want to be harassed by the police. 

So tonight, nine months later, she was pulled over with headlight out and jailed due to a warrent issued based on that incident. they let her out no bail was needed though they said i would have to pay bail at first they then just released her.

They have charged her with "obstructing official business" because she did not stop when ordered to by a police officer. this is in the state of Ohio. she is to appear Monday morning in court to answer to the charges and i need to know what to do as someone who does not specialize in these areas. 

I'm open to fighting the charges but don't want to put her in jeopardy of course.
