Should Oscar Pistorius be released from prison and granted house arrest for killing his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in a jealous rage because his ego would have been hurt perhaps? Oscar's release is set for October 20, 2015 and prosecutors demand his five year sentence be upgraded to a murder charge. The hearing is on November 3rd.
Oscar Pistorius will have served only twelve months of his five year sentence, and if he's release early will set a precedent in other cases for inmates to all be released early on parole. Oscar Pistorius needs to do the time 20-years for the crime of murder?

Oscar Pistorius has been sentenced to a maximum prison term of five years.
The brutal prison life that awaits disgraced athlete with up to 80 prisoners per cell and three persons per bunk is not a very good lifestyle for anyone let along Oscar.

Oscar Pistorius trial appears to be a fast e.g., money talks it seems. How poor little Oscar is the victim, instead Reeva Steenkamp is the real victim here in all this? It looks as though Oscar will receive a slap on the hands instead of serving prison time for allegedly murdering his girlfriend in a jealous rage, ironically blaming an intruder for his mistake. Fifteen years hard-labor is what should be handed down on Oscar if the trial Judge does the proper sentencing. Case History cannot be use in this murder trial of the accused person Oscar Pistorius for the willful killing of Reeva Steenkamp. Maybe a $1,000,000 damages suit may help redress Reeva Steenkamp parents for loss and suffering, the pain they must be going through sitting opposite the man who murdered their only daughter where they placed their whole future upon, only to be snuffed-out by a crazed revenge-ville lunatic. All I can say is "money talks", and money he will pay. Three years home detention, bullshit, if that all he receives for this death?
