The "OBAMACARE BILL,... (ENACTED BY DEFAULT),... MUST be RE-Delibrated",,, with precise and valid CLARITY of FUNCTIONABILITY...by...OPEN SESSIONS of the U.S.HOUSE and SENATE...and NOT ANOTHER CLOSED DOOR FIASCO, or BEHIND THE SCENES FIDGETING, nor any inkling of UNSCRUPULOUS words/phrases or terms therein. .
