"Rolf Harris, guilty or not?
Rolf Harris, whether he's guilty or not, the entertainer has brought happiness to millions of folk allover the world and is humiliated by those sex allegations laid against his person.
Don't you think he deserves compassion in a court of law? Is he innocent, we don't know, but give the guy a break, he may have been lead-on by his victims, after all he's only human. Luckily Rolf never caught a venereal disease from those making the complaint of sexual assault. Are they really victims or are they after his money, how many years have they known?
Maybe the girls should be on trial for indecent assault, instead of the alleged accused Rolf Harris. Give the guy a break and dismiss all the charges laid against him, whether falsely or otherwise. It will be a grave injustice to see a man on his character put in prison on hearsay.

Pictured here, "Rolf Harris" leaves court in disgrace as a convicted pedophile to serve his five-years, nine month sentence, paroled in three years time for groping an 8-year-old innocent girl who only wanted to meet and get the entertainers autograph, what a moron. A moron is a very stupid or foolish person, an adult with a mental age of about 8-12. What kind on a person would target his own daughters best-friend and sexually molest the innocent young girl over many years at the family home.
Rolf Harris before leaving the courthouse for jail has made no apology to his victims or said sorry to his fans, shows the sheer arrogance of the man. Rolf Harris should give these two victims, one' Bindi's best-friend $40,000 each in compensation for his wrongdoing. There is no doubt that Bindi's friend was in grave danger of her life?

Rolf Harris could sue his accusers of perjury? A breach of an oath, esp the act of wilfully telling an untruth when on oath. Groping someone is one thing, but then, sexual assault is another? Thousands of people in the passed have been assaulted by fellow co-workers and no-won cared or did nothing too stop this groping behavior. Rolf Harris should only have been charged on one count of sexual assault, not 12 counts?

Bindi's friend told the court that Rolfs abuse began when she was a 13-year old school girl, now a 49- year old woman when she went on a free holiday trip with the Harris family overseas. Why didn't she speak-up then? According to the prosecutor, none of the victims are after financial gains from the accused, so why come forward now?

Rolf Harris has been found guilty by the 12 person jury in the UK on 12 counts of indecent assault by allegedly groping girls on and off screen over many years, what was he thinking, the mind boggles to know why any decent person would behave in this fashion. He faces up to two years of imprisonment on each count. His former career has ended with a black-mark. Rolf Harris brought so much joy to the world that made people laugh. I don't think his crime deserves 24-years, maybe a 5-years suspended sentence would be sufficient for this 84-year-old-man? Did you know that the 12 person jury must all be legally qualified, if not the trial is deemed null and void?
What ever happened to the 5-year Statute Of Limitations law, does this not apply here?
We should not blame the 12 jury members for the outcome, they're only doing their job. It must have been a hard call to convict an 84-year-old-man to gaol for 24-years.

Harris letter to the alleged victim's father is not the key to Harris guilt, the lette should be deemed and seen as inadmissible as evidence of any wrongdoing by the accused.
This letter was "Private and Confidential" to be read only by the victims father and never made public, and therefore should not be used in anyway as evidence of guilt by the prosecutor Sasha Wass, QC. The evidence is all she said, he said, it's all hearsay, where is the proof that Rolf Harris committed any crime, except the alleged groping.

Can women admit to have been grouped by someone other then by their partner during there lifetime? Workplace initiations in the 60s and 70s were common practice in Australia, it was the worst kind of humiliating assault on your person, but nobody cared, not the boss, not the police, not the judiciary, this behavior went unchecked for years. One was considered a dog for rating on another worker for the assault, often for those brave enough to complain were sacked, not the culprits. No charges were ever laid against those perpetrators, even to this day, even though it happened some 40-years ago, one cannot compare that to groping someone as a performing comedian. The jury today will be deliberating a "true verdict" whatever the consequences on the Rolf Harris trial, a verdict on each account. The prosecutor Ms Sasha Wass QC is very good at her, there's no doubt that. TRUE means in accordance with fact or reality. Hopefully the 84-year old Rolf Harris will be acquitted and exonerated of all sexual assault charges laid against his person by the foreman.

The Rolf Harris trial is coming to a close this week. Maybe the four complainants are suffering from some form of paranoid schizophrenia that we don't know about? Nevertheless there may be some truth in what they're on about. Why not charge all those famous rock-stars who bragged about the hundred or so girls they had sex with during their world tour, it couldn't all be consensual sex, now could it?
What friend would go on tour overseas with a monster if those allegations were true?
