Several people shot outside Empire State Building

NEW YORK (AP) — New York City police say at least four people have been shot outside the Empire State Building and that the gunman is dead. A witness says the shooter was firing indiscriminately.
The shooting happened Friday morning at 34th Street and Fifth Avenue.
A fire department spokesman says it received a call about the shooting just after at 9 a.m. Friday and that emergency units were on the scene within minutes.
The department says paramedics are evaluating eight people but some of them may not have been shot.
Aliyah Imam tells Fox 5 News that she was standing at a red light when a woman standing next to her fell to the ground. She says the woman was hit in the hip. She says the gunman was ‘‘shooting indiscriminately at people.’’

And would those gun control laws also apply to the police who are now documented as being responsible for shooting some of the victims?
Not if the COMMUNISTS who advocate total disarmament have anything to say about it! Nothing like a lie to cover up lies to cover up liars ... and no end to the stupidity of those who will tolerate any ...

Ya, that is true, we have about 5 posts on the website with this event as it unfolds. 1 has good pictures & 2 have good video. What a day this has been so far! Now they are talking about gun laws!

NONE! Due to these COMMUNIST 'gun control' laws that have NOTHING to do with firearms and EVERYTHING to do with CONTROL!
My father taught me to shoot when I was four! A .35 Remington pump-action rifle that kicked like a wild mule. My manager, Howard "BUDDY" Mack continued my firearms education, mostly with Colt single-action revolvers. I'm now 76, and in all those years I've NEVER had an 'accidental' discharge of any weapon. Safety is as simple as NOT being stupid, beginning with the intelligence that weapons are NOT 'toys' or 'big jokes' ...
We had punk and gang elements in my day too ... 1940s until ... and the best CURE generally proved to be what we called "educator" rounds; hand-loaded CAYENNE PEPPER and ROCK SALT! Seldom more than the first two or three rounds - they worked every time and sent a message that even imbeciles clearly understood. With a light load of powder the effective range was about fifty feet; and most shootings are UNDER fifteen.
