We are writing to inform you that the Immunization Requirements for all rising 6th graders as it appears on your website and sent home letters to the parents is incorrect. Are you willing to understand the truth about the vaccine requirements. Why has the Vestavia Board of Education moved so quickly to correct their misinformation concerning the DTaP vaccines. We placed a call to Roslyn Spivey addressing their website and letters sent to parents concerning the vaccines, she promptly returned our call after her meeting with the superintendent, Dr. Jamie Blair, informing us that changes about the DTaP vaccines have occurred. It is our hope that every school board in the state will understand the seriousness of such harmful information about the vaccines. Action must be taken quickly.

What does the state law say concerning the DTaP vaccines? The Alabama law states that a parent is required to have all rising 6th graders have the vaccine or allow exemption for medical, or religious reasons.

You read on your website and the letters sent home to the parents only that the DTaP is required because of what ... the law? This is false information. The truth is every parent has a right to exempt his/her child from being vaccinated. You have the right given to everyone by God. The parents are lead to believe they have no option except vaccinate their child. If you believe this you are wrong. This is the reason why we are writing you.

Please, please, we want you to understand billions of dollars of lawsuits have been awarded to parents who vaccinated and those vaccines damaged their children. Parents can prove in court that vaccines have brought on disorders, disease and death.

Why did these lawsuit occur? Because the public has been deceived into believing vaccines are safe. This is far from the truth! Again, many children suffer adverse reactions as the result from being vaccinated. New laws have been passed to protect the pharmaceutical companies.

However, there is no law that protects you or your staff. A parent can hold you or your staff responsible as indivuals by bringing a civil and/or criminal lawsuit against you. Please understand, when the vaccinated child develops a disorder, a disease, or dies the lablility rests with you as an individual! You can wrongfully be held accountable for unwellness or the child's demise. It would be in your best interest to make the same changes that the Vestavia School Board did and present the truth to the parents of Alabama. The truth is that the PARENT has the choice. The parent can agree to (make contract with) vaccinating their child, have a medical, or religious exemption.

Would you consider yourself or your staff in violation of federal law when you fail to provide the above information supported by scientific reasearch together with the CDC Vaccine Information Statement Sheet?

Please know a valid threat of civil or criminal action may be sought against you and your staff as real, in addition to the Informed Consent which is the right of every parent. Please email us back after you makes these important changes.
