"The Plight of the Dairy farmer?
The livelihood of our dairy farmers in Australia is grim indeed. Our politicians seem to support "Woolworths" & "Coles" food-stores who have been undercutting the milk quota at the expense of the dairy industry as a whole. Dairy farmers work seven days a week with little time off to supply milk to the consumers at a competitive, but they are going bankrupt because they do not receive their fair-share of the milk quota at the retail end, and something urgently has to be done too protect all dairy farmers who have been doing it tough. Over 100 dairy farmers have closed down because they cannot make up their losses without a fair return on their production cost at the retail end? When will Tony Abbott & Kevin Rudd do there job and help our dairy farmers by subsidizing their losses like they do with the car industry?
A REPLY IS NEEDED BY OUR TWO POLITICAL LEADERS BEFORE SEPTEMBER THE 7TH 2013.
