I was talking with my wife this morning and I realized that I am very frustrated about what I see happening in life.  In fact, it angers me.  We have so much corruption and graft in our government, it tends to make one's head spin.  The most frustrating part of this has to do with what Congress seems completely incapable of seeing and/or stopping.

For instance, with the NDAA - the act that allows the government to arrest and detain an American citizen here in America with no particular reason and that citizen can be held for an indefinite period of time without being charged or given trial is not only unconscionable, but fully illegal, according to the U.S. Constitution.  Yet, in spite of this, we have individuals in Congress who apparently think it's a great idea!  So, setting aside inalienable rights by our own Congress is something for which many in Congress strive.  How is this not traitorous?  The final bill goes to a vote today.  Guess what will happen?  You have to wonder how someone like Sen. John McCain - who was himself a POW with no trail, no end in sight - could vote in FAVOR of the NDAA.  How is that possible, Senator McCain?

Then, we hear of so many apparent discrepancies with the tragic events that occurred in the recent Sandy Hook massacre.  Apparently, there are possibly actual actors involved in the situation.

By the way, if you believe that this is all too ridiculous to believe, then I would strongly suggest you take a look at a government website from Homeland Security.  There is a tremendous amount of information there related to all of the "exercises" that the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) undertakes at the local, state, and federal level to allegedly determine the readiness of responders.  For exercises, you need actors.  In fact, most governmental departments use actors in what are called "real-life scenarios" that put average people in the type of situations that allow trainees to be trained in how to approach those situations.  Some of these government departments and organizations have their own fake town sets right on the property, while others literally go out into the real world with their fake events in order to "train" responders.  This is FACT folks!  Who is to say that we are not being played with many of these events that appear to be nothing more than false flag events after all is said and done?  We know our government has used them in the past, or at the very least made use of actual events to further their goals.

So basically, what we are being told is that we are ONLY to accept the "official" commentary about Sandy Hook.  Anyone who QUESTIONS it or posts information that seems to question or even negate it, WILL BE ARRESTED!  He is SO full of it, it stinks all the way here.  If what he said is true, then NO ONE would be able to do any investigative journalism and we would STILL not know anything about Watergate.  The idea that a law enforcement official can use his authority to actually LIE as he has done simply proves that our government will stoop to whatever level is necessary to win the day.  That is more than sad.

Question:  on what grounds?  This is what DICTATORS do.  This is what COMMUNISTS countries do.  This is NOT what the United States of America does!  Yet, this is what we are being told.  Do you understand NOW why the United States wants some department of the United Nations to begin to oversee the Internet?  If the UN can obtain control of it, we will ONLY be able to see and learn what they want us to see and learn.  It's really quite simple.

The effort being used here to shut people up is absolutely APPALLING.  There is a question as to whether or not the Sandy Hook event happened as the government SAYS it happened.  We are not allowed to question it or we risk detainment.  Wow.

Folks, we are quickly losing our country, if we haven't completely lost it already.  It has been taken from us by Marxists, Communists, and Socialists.  Our rights are being abrogated and even fully eradicated because the powers that be are desperate to remove guns from the average individual so that they can have their way with other things in society.  Even though my citizenship is in heaven, to see what is happening in the United States of America and to be living through it is unbelievable.

They are moving fast and furiously (no pun intended) to pull the wool over the eyes of Americans so that Socialism will be enacted.

Tell me, why is Mr. Obama so happy and quick to give away MILLIONS and BILLIONS of dollars to help OTHER groups and people, but cannot seemingly do anything to help Americans?  Besides the millions and billions of dollars that we have already noted that our government (at the behest of Mr. Obama) has already given away, we learn recently that Mr. Obama has just given 100 BILLION to the United Nations! [1]  Is that all right with you?  Yet, the Middle Class is being financially raped by this same government and we are getting ready to head over this alleged fiscal cliff.  What is going on?

As a Christian, I am appalled and I said that at the beginning of this article.  I am absolutely appalled and make no mistake, it's not simply Mr. Obama making these bad decisions.  It appears as though Congress is in collusion with him either by their inability to see what's happening, by their unwillingness to stop it, or by their complete ineptitude.  Either way, they are just as culpable.

But here is the real problem.  The problem is ME.  I'm the problem because I SEE the problem.  My desire for right does not allow me to turn a blind eye or deaf ear to what is wrong in our society.

I have been praying about this entire situation for some time and I have realized that when I see people breaking the law, it bothers me.  When someone speeds through a residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 mph, it bothers me.  It bothers me because they are going faster than the law allows and children could be playing.  Someone could be hurt or killed.

It bothers me when I read about all the laws that are broken in cities, counties, states, and our nation daily.  Some might say, "Well Fred, you're obviously a legalist!"  I would say, "No, I simply respect laws because they are in place (generally speaking) for everyone's safety and well-being."

The more corruption I am able to see in our government, the less I can dismiss it.  Why?  I believe it is because of Christ's righteousness within me that helps me to see that all lawlessness has one source and it is Satan.

When I see our government lying about an event, I am incensed because I see Satan at work to deceive.  Those in the government know they are lying to us yet they continue under the guise of "national security."

So, we come to the one, big question:  what can the authentic Christian do?  Apart from trying to get the message out there, the only other thing I can think to do is to pray.  God will respond the way He sees fit, even if it is not to my liking.

I have been praying that if the Sandy Hook event was a complete or partial set up, that He would break it wide open.  The fact that some Sheriff in some Podunk town in Connecticut believes he can LIE to the American people tells me that obviously, real information is getting out there from the social networks and blogs.  Moreover, the "powers that be" on FB are also threatening to remove people's pages and cancel their association with FB if they continue to post information about Sandy Hook that is contrary to the official story.

As a Christian, this kind of thing infuriates me and it is very difficult to look the other way and pretend that it's not happening.  It's not in me to do that.  I have to continue to turn it over to God on an almost daily basis because there is so much there and I see where our country is headed.  I don't like it.  Those in leadership positions in our government will not stop until they have completely overturned and replaced the U.S. Constitution.

What is absolutely amazing is that books like the one above (by H. G. Wells) have been very transparent in telling us (through fiction) how the global elite have been and will move to create a new world order.  It's fantastic, but this is exactly how arrogant and narcissistic these people are with their plans.  They want to wave it under our noses.  They want to laugh with glee when we "don't get it" and continue to believe everything is fine here in the USA.

At the same time, there is a blindness that God Himself has said He will send.  Paul speaks of it in 2 Thessalonians 2:11 when he essentially states that God will send a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie.  What delusion is that?  The one where they (the average person) comes to believe that what Satan is offering (through the global elite) is far better than anything this world will ever experience.  That's the lie.  People are buying it left and right.

What these same people do NOT understand is that once National Socialism is fully in place, there will be NO Welfare or entitlements from the (world) government.  Everyone will be expected to work and to produce.  Those who do not or are unable will not remain around (nice way of putting it).  It's that simple.

People like George Orwell and many others have written about the dangers of Socialism that was being foisted upon society during their day.  Why do you think books like "1984" and "Lord of the World" (by Robert Hugh Benson) were written?  They were not written because these authors thought they had brilliant ideas for a fictional story!  They were written to warn the masses, most of whom are so insipid these days, they couldn't find their way out of a wet paper sack.

I do not doubt that our government has turned against us because they have been doing the bidding of the global elite for some time.  I do not doubt that at all costs, this same government wants to keep their dirty tricks under wraps.  I do not doubt that our government will do whatever it takes to quiet those of us who would deign to speak against or even question what our government does.

This is not a game to our government.  It is life and death and with Mr. Obama, the first individual of minority status who is "fire-proof," the global elite knows what it can achieve and that is what they are doing.

As a Christian, I know that I will never be able to ignore the ills in society.  I cannot ignore abortion.  I cannot ignore the fact that our government so brazenly and wantonly spends our money on so many projects that have nothing to do with helping the people of America.  I cannot ignore these things anymore than I can ignore a person speeding through a residential neighborhood.  The source is all the same.  It's evil and it begins and ends with Satan working through those of a depraved mind who worship themselves.

I am praying that the truth about Sandy Hook and other events comes out, but God may choose to say a gentle "no" to that request.  If so, then I need to accept His will as it is without question.  People can only do so much and our government has the capacity to silence individuals and draw things out for so long that they are easily forgotten by most people.

In the meantime, there are still those who need salvation in this evil, ugly world that the Bible calls Satan's kingdom.  I would like to end this particular article today by reprinting the entire third chapter of 2 Peter.  There, we learn (or are reminded) that all evil will one day end.  It will be fully eradicated by God Almighty.  Christian, if you find that your heart is being increasingly weighed down and heavy because of the tremendous and growing evil you see throughout the world and even within our own government, then the only solution I know of for you is to bury yourself in His Word.

This world is coming to its pre-appointed conclusion and destiny and it's not the one that Satan has been working toward, but it is the one in which God overrules all evil and becomes Judge, Jury, and Executioner.  From there, God will establish His Kingdom and His righteous ruler ship over the entire earth.  Just as He rules from heaven now, He will also physically rule from Jerusalem sitting in his earthly father's throne where He will rule with a rod of iron in fulfillment of the many portions of Scripture that foretell of this.

I think, as Christians, we must always keep the end in mind because it is too easy to fall prey to the travesties and evil events we constantly see taking place in this life.  Even though we know that these events stem from Satan's pernicious evil, God allows them and because He allows them, it proves that He is in control.  We may not understand all the whys and wherefores, but it should give us comfort in knowing that He is in control.  It's not Satan.  It's God who is in control.

Read this section of Scripture and weep for those who continue to reject the truth of Jesus Christ and the salvation that He offers.  Rejoice that one day we will be part of God's new heavens and new earth and will live with Him - completely free of sin - forever!

2 Peter 3 (from the NASB):

2This is now, beloved, the second letter I am writing to you in which I am stirring up your sincere mind by way of reminder, ² that you should remember the words spoken beforehand by the holy prophets and the commandment of the Lord and Savior spoken by your apostles.

The Coming Day of the Lord

³ Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts, ⁴ and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation.” ⁵ For when they maintain this, it escapes their notice that by the word of God the heavens existed long ago and the earth was formed out of water and by water, ⁶ through which the world at that time was destroyed, being flooded with water. ⁷ But by His word the present heavens and earth are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.

⁸ But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day. ⁹ The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.

A New Heaven and Earth

¹⁰ But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up.

¹¹ Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, ¹² looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat! ¹³ But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.

¹⁴ Therefore, beloved, since you look for these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, spotless and blameless, ¹⁵ and regard the patience of our Lord as salvation; just as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given him, wrote to you, ¹⁶ as also in all his letters, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which the untaught and unstable distort, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures, to their own destruction. ¹⁷ You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the error of unprincipled men and fall from your own steadfastness, ¹⁸ but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
