BOA accused of paying bonuses for foreclosing on homes

Former employees of Bank of America submitted sworn affidavits to a civil lawsuit claiming that the financial institution purposely stalled, delayed or denied home loan modifications. They also claimed that the bank enforced foreclosure quotas and gave bonuses to those with the highest foreclosure rate. So will Bank of America pay for these alleged practices? Richard Eskow, senior fellow for Campaign for America's Future, gets into the details.

"Without Prejudice". Banks are Corporations and one can only sue a Corporation not their personnel or the lying banking manager. Many people applying or seeking a home loan are enticed to go through a mortgage broker who mostly work for a bank anyway, that's where they become entangled in a web of deceit when the banker wipes their dirty hanks of anything said or promised by saying, but you went through a mortgage broker not Us and therefore we are unable to help you out of your debacle. In other-words the bank never wrote the loan contract and are free of liability and or misleading comments on their part and will wipe their hands of the matter. If you think Bank Of America is bad enough, it's alleged Westpac Bank e.g., Western Pacific Airlines, hence the name "West-pac" is far worse. "What would one think of a bank manager, a lawyer and the real estate agents working together too defraud their customer of his assets through a secret slush-fund, of cause this is story is all fiction or is it? You see Westpac Bank' it's alleged is run by Freemasons and controlled by Yids!!!
