This is the history of how hemp became legal again in Colorado. 10 acres per resident! Amazing things are happening in Colorado- some that have been decades in the making. This is one of them- 18 years in the making. From 1995 to HB 13-241- a short Colorado "History of Hemp" video from the Vitamin Cannabis team runs before Sen. Lloyd Casey's speech from the "Hemp for Victory" party thrown by Laura Kriho of the Cannabis Therapy Institute. It was a beautiful day, and I was honored to be a part of it.
