Oklahoma to mandate tornado shelters after EF5 twister

Residents in Moore, Oklahoma are recovering from the tragic storm that claimed the lives of dozens who were in the path of the lethal tornado. On Tuesday, the storm was upgraded from EF4 to an EF5 and rescue crews have shifted their efforts from search-and-rescue to just recovery. The mayor of the town is attempting to pass a law that will make tornado shelters mandatory for new homes. RT is on the ground to witness the clean up efforts.
