As difficult as it is to admit, the pain of the petro dollar collapsing is far less than the pain of keeping it going. It is in fact a mathematical certainty that it must end, and the sooner it does the less pain there will be.
But again we are speaking in generalities. You as an individual can take steps to avoid that pain, and in fact make a personal fortune. The more of the middle class that can be saved the stronger the world will be.
