The US has been approved to build a permanent military base in Afghanistan. Afghan President Hamid Karzai yesterday approved the measure in a tribal council meeting in Kabul. There are more than 130 thousands troops in the country and the proposed base is believed to strengthen ties between the two countries. Neil Shea, a war zone reporter for Stars and Stripes, gives us his take on what this could mean for the two countries.

 The American Govt. gets most of the heroin it sells to it's own people fron Afghanistan. It's called a secret tax.
